A whole class dedicated to one of Pantera's trademark maneuvers. This class covers all the steps to making a shoulder mount strong and powerful. Depending on the level of the class, the group may also be challenged with several alternate endings, transitions and finishers.

One of Pantera's trademark maneuvers and her favorite way to climb is now expertly defined by this demanding program. Beginning with a complete breakdown of the maneuver and ending with alternate poses, it's filled with challenges that'll make even the most extreme poler start to breath heavy!

Students are welcome to bring friends, family members, siblings, and even children to this rare opportunity to ask a world renowned pole icon all the questions they wish. After the Q&A session, Pantera will put on a short demonstration. Autographed photos are available for only $2. Minimum 15 required.
